Shipping Policy

  1. Service Area
    We currently ship to select locations within Alberta, Canada. Orders outside these regions are evaluated case-by-case.
  2. Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We will notify you of any delays.
  3. Delivery Method
    We use temperature-controlled carriers to ensure food safety and quality. In-person pickup may also be arranged.
  4. Shipping Fees
    Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
